  • Application support for schools, colleges, and universities
  • Visa and immigration guidance
  • Interview preparation and document review

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are outlined in our service agreement. Payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed. International payments may incur currency conversion fees.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under specific conditions outlined in our service agreement. We are not responsible for outcomes beyond our control, such as admission decisions or visa approvals.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information. We are not liable for delays or errors resulting from false, incomplete, or misleading data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and tools provided by us are the intellectual property of Education Pathways to Canada and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms or engages in unlawful, unethical, or abusive behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. International clients agree to submit to Canadian jurisdiction for disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
